For accountants, CPAs & bookkeepers in Calgary

Clients see the website. Every tax season, you're the iceberg.

New-client questions, missing slips, engagement letters, deadline reminders and last year's unpaid invoice all land on you, usually in March. I build a professional site that shows your designations and the system beneath it, so the paperwork chases itself. You own all of it.

Calgary Mandarin School website
Calgary Mandarin School: site, tuition, payroll and donation tax receipts.

Clients Google you before they trust you with their finances. Then they email you a shoebox.

A referral looks you up and finds a site from ten years ago, or nothing. The ones who do sign on send documents in six emails, two of them blurry. Each of those lands on you. Here's what moves underneath instead.

01 Trust

Your CPA designation on the page, not buried in a bio.

A clean, established-looking site with your credentials, services and team up front, built so "accountant near me" has a chance of finding you.

Off your plate
  • Referrals who Google you and find a competitor
  • Explaining your designations on every first call
02 Intake

New clients arrive with the form filled and the documents in.

An intake form that lands in one place, an engagement letter signed online, and a document checklist they upload against, so you see what's missing at a glance.

Off your plate
  • Emailing the same document list to every new client
  • Chasing a missing slip one email at a time
03 Deadlines

April 30 reminds people on its own.

Deadline notices on the site and reminders to clients before the filing dates, sent from your own address. When dates change, text me and they're updated.

Off your plate
  • Calling clients one by one in April
  • The "wait, when is it due?" email in June
04 Billing & your site

Invoices that follow up politely. A site that stays current.

Card or e-transfer, a reminder when a balance is open, receipts sent on their own. New service or new address? Text me. It's usually live the same day.

Off your plate
  • "Just following up" on last year's invoice
  • Paying someone for a one-line change in tax season

TipA school website for a Calgary charity.

UnderneathRegistration and tuition, teacher timesheets that flow into payroll, report cards, parent messages and donation tax receipts. The records your bookkeeper needs come out clean.

Questions

Can you display my CPA designation and credentials?

Yes, up front. Designations, certifications and professional memberships, where a new client sees them in the first few seconds. It builds trust before the first call.

What if I have a small team?

Each partner or staff member gets a bio. When people join or leave, text me and the site is updated.

Can you add tax deadline reminders?

Yes. A deadline section on the site, and reminders to clients before the filing dates if you want them. When dates change, tell me and I update them.

Will leads actually come through?

Yes. Enquiries go straight to your inbox the moment someone sends one, and you can see every one in a single list, so none sit unanswered in March.

Do I own the website?

Yes. It's a one-time custom build, not a rented platform. The code, the data and the accounts are yours. Support from $100 a month is optional, and you keep everything if you stop.

I have an old website. Can you replace it?

That's where most practices start. I build the new one alongside the old and handle the switch, so your web address stays the same and there's no downtime.
