I'm Chen Deng — PMP-certified engineer, operator of two Calgary companies, founder of OxOne. I help service businesses doing $300K–$3M/yr stop bleeding money through SaaS bloat, manual admin, and ad waste. The systems I'll build for you are the systems I run on my own P&L every day.

Why this exists

I spent a decade on infrastructure — $50M budgets, critical paths, zero room for waste. Engineering degree, PMP certification, the full playbook. Then I started running my own businesses and exhibited at trade shows in North America, Europe, and Asia. That's when I saw what nobody teaches in an MBA:

So I built a system to find those windows — fast, with dollar figures, in 30 minutes flat. I ran it on my own P&L first. Then on friends'. Now I run it for Calgary operators tired of asking "where did the margin go?"

What I won't do

Build you a website if your real problem is $3,800/month in SaaS bloat. Sell you AI for AI's sake. Take a client whose business is under $300K/yr in revenue (cost reduction math doesn't work yet — you need top-line first). Put you on a year-long retainer when a focused 2-week engagement is what you actually need.

I'm one person. I take 3 diagnostics per week and run a max of 8 active clients across all engagement tiers. The cap is real. If we're a fit, we'll know inside 30 minutes.
